Delete your Grick account

Deleting your account deletes every hero on it and everything they own, including purchases.

In the app

1. Open Grick and sign in.
2. Go to Settings → Account.
3. Tap Delete account…, read the warning, and hold the button for 3 seconds.

Your account is disabled at once and you are signed out on every device. The app shows the date it will be permanently deleted: 30 days later. Until then you can undo the deletion by signing in again. After that, it is gone for good.

Without the app

Email grick.ops@gmail.com from the email address linked to your Grick account, and ask us to delete it. We handle these requests by hand, so allow a few days. The same 30 days apply.

If you signed in only with Apple or Google, your account may not be linked to an address you can send from (for example, Apple's “Hide My Email”). Then either reinstall Grick and delete the account in the app, or email us and we will send a one-time confirmation to the address your account holds; we delete the account once you confirm.

Hero IDs are public, so we never act on a hero ID alone: a request must come from, or be confirmed by, the address linked to the account.
